Salesforce Solution Architect-Only W2

About the role

This role requires a Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect with 6+ years of experience in major F500 companies. The ideal candidate must be Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect certifications, have rich client experience, and be in client-facing roles. They should have an expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, particularly Financial Services Cloud, and have extensive experience with data migrations and integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for manufacturing and billing systems.
• Lead the development of the Transformation roadmap, estimates, and related projected plans.
• Own the Solution Architecture E2E and contribute to the development of the Transformation roadmap.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design custom solutions using Salesforce's product suite.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Manage the entire Salesforce application lifecycle, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce integrations using tools like SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft, and Salesforce Connect.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management and ITSM processes is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce application lifecycle development, including configuration, declarative customization, and APEX development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices.
