About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with Copado experience, located in San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX, with a minimum of 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git-based version control systems
• Perform metadata migration using Copado
• Coordinate data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
• Automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
• Conduct impact analysis and resolve dependencies prior to deployments
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado
• Proven experience with CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
• Experience with multi-org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Proficient in developing Salesforce custom reports and views, and using VSCode Salesforce plug-in for development.
