Job Summary
Two best candidates for a remote Salesforce Developer position:
- Candidate 1: Senior Salesforce Developer (Hands-on, EST/FL preferred)
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (not architecture/leadership only) in enterprise environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certified (required)
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Proven expertise developing with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Triggers, Salesforce APIs
- Strong background integrating Salesforce with Azure Cloud/Enterprise systems (Azure APIM, REST/SOAP, event-driven architecture)
- Experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI), case management, and automation
- Skilled in CI/CD, Git, DevOps, Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Effective communicator/collaborator with technical and business teams
- U.S. Citizen/Green Card, active LinkedIn, available for remote contract (EST/FL strongly preferred)
- Candidate 2: Lead Salesforce Developer (Integration Specialist, Developer-First)
- 8+ years hands-on Salesforce application development for large-scale organizations
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certified, with current/active credentials
- Deep experience building and integrating Salesforce solutions with Azure cloud (APIM, enterprise APIs, secure authentication protocols: OAuth/SAML/SSO)
- Demonstrated ability in technical leadership: code reviews, development standards, mentoring
- Strong practical knowledge in Salesforce AI/Agentforce features and optimizing user/customer workflows
- Expertise in API-led connectivity, middleware, and reusable integration frameworks
- Advanced skills in Agile delivery, sprint planning, and technical estimation
- U.S. Citizen/Green Card, active LinkedIn, committed to a 6+ month remote contract (EST focus)
