Atlassian Architect- Only W2

About the role

This is a remote W2 position focused on Atlassian architecture and administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk applications within the Atlassian suite.
• Configure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk to meet organizational needs.
• Mentor Product Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering Teams on roles, project permissions, and onboarding new team members.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Atlassian products.
• Provide Jira GUI admin-level support, including scoping, estimating, and rolling out new Jira projects and tasks.
• Create and manage new Jira projects.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Atlassian administration and architecture.
• Mandatory experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, Jira Portfolio, Jira Align, and Atlassian Cloud/On Demand.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Python.
• Strong Agile methodology expertise.
