Salesforce Senior Developer

Hybrid role based in Mount Laurel, NJ, requiring in-office work 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
• Deliver architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Lead a work stream or act as a team lead, managing complex components of work plans and projects.
• Define new architectures and drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
• Participate in complete project life cycle activities for development and maintenance projects.
• Develop software using agile methodologies.
• Build relationships with clients and engage in practice development activities.
• Manage complex and/or large consulting projects.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience working on Salesforce customizations.
• 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
• Proficient in Salesforce Platform Development (mandatory skill).

Pay

Expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
