Salesforce Senior Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Salesforce Apex development and Salesforce Lightning, you will lead the technical team, provide guidance on code development, and ensure the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications using Salesforce Apex and Lightning.
• Provide expertise in customizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance overall performance.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II (preferred).
