Position Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting Salesforce transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, removing delivery roadblocks, driving team effectiveness, and ensuring successful execution of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and related technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong Scrum Master experience with a solid understanding of Salesforce delivery methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams. Job Title Salesforce Scrum Master Job Description Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Partner closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize Salesforce backlogs.Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams.Remove impediments and resolve issues that impact team productivity and project delivery.Coordinate activities across Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, business analysts, and QA teams.Track sprint progress, team velocity, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics.Support release planning, deployment coordination, and program-level planning activities.Promote transparency through regular status reporting and stakeholder communication.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.Ensure Salesforce projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or Project Management experience.3+ years supporting Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.Experience working with Salesforce platforms including:Sales CloudService CloudExperience CloudData Cloud (preferred)Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Experience supporting distributed and offshore teams is preferred.
