Salesforce Publisher

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Publisher to join a growing Agile team supporting content publishing within a Salesforce environment. This is a non-technical, authoring-focused role. You’ll work within existing components already built by the development team, populating and publishing content based on design specifications. This is a great fit for someone with a background in AEM authoring or similar CMS/content publishing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside existing content authors to learn and follow established publishing processes
• Pick up and populate pre-built components based on design and layout specifications
• Publish content into structured layouts (e.g., multi-tile landing pages with mixed content types like video and text)
• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices as guided by the system
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and the scrum master within an Agile team structure

Required Skills & Experience

• 2‑4 years of experience in content publishing/authoring
• Experience publishing content within Salesforce (authoring, not development)
• AEM authoring experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment, including reading and executing Jira stories
• General understanding of SEO principles as they relate to page authoring
• Familiarity with pulling assets/content from a design management system

Team & Environment

You’ll join an established Agile team that includes Salesforce developers, content authors, a scrum master, and project managers, working within a mature content publishing process.

Location: Tysons, VA

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
