About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that is recently developed and released to production. The candidate should have experience with Copado.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
- Follow configuration-first approach.
- Must have experience with Copado CI/CD.
- Write unit tests and work with the DevOps team to debug and remediate issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Experience in Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for defects and new stories.
Required Qualifications
- Jira: 5 Years
- Salesforce Service Cloud: 6 Years
- Copado: 4 Years
- Salesforce Apex Class and LWC: 6 Years
