What we’re looking for
We are seeking a Salesforce-certified administrator and revenue operations expert to own and enhance the Salesforce experience for our Revenue team for 6 months. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, operational precision, and process improvement mindset. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling Sales team success through the seamless use of systems and tools.
Who this role isn't for
- Someone who wants to focus purely on development, apex coding, or backend architecture, this is a program management and configuration/enablement role centered around operational workflows and business process optimization.
- Anyone uncomfortable managing high-volume change; you’ll regularly navigate dynamic account reassignments, changing sales structures, and fast-moving organizational priorities.
- A solo operator who prefers working in isolation—success here hinges on constant cross-functional alignment, active stakeholder communication, and empathetic support for Sales, Marketing, Care, and Analytics teams.
- A "set it and forget it" administrator; we need a proactive optimizer who actively seeks out friction, audits data integrity, and continuously refines systems to drive adoption and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary Salesforce program owner for Revenue, managing system configuration, setup, and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Own and manage books of business, including assignments, reassignments, ownership policies, and transition workflows.
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to enable insight-driven decision-making and proactive sales management.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Care, and Analytics teams to ensure that Salesforce processes support business goals and team workflows.
- Lead projects tied to customer book moves, AE transitions, and organizational shifts, ensuring data integrity and communication throughout.
- Regularly assess team feedback, system performance, and adoption metrics to identify friction and develop process improvements.
- Maintain clean, organized documentation on processes, permissions, and reporting architecture.
- Provide support for training and support to ensure Salesforce features and changes are well understood and adopted by the Sales team.

How you’ll make a difference
As our Salesforce Revenue Program Manager, you’ll play a mission-critical role in empowering our Sales organization with the tools, data, and structure they need to thrive.
