Essential Duties
- Developing performance test strategies specific to Salesforce applications on Service cloud and Experience cloud
- Building and executing performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner etc.
- Simulating user loads for Salesforce User Interface, Experience cloud portals, API integrations, and batch/async processes
- Evaluating integration performances across external API’s, AWS/Snowflake data fetches and authentication flows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4 years of Salesforce performance testing experience
- Experience using tools like Micro Focus/OpenText, Performance Center (LoadRunner), Selenium Webdriver, and Cucumber with RESTful services, integrating them with Jenkins/GitHub
- Knowledge of API integration performance testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
Compensation
$120,000-$150,000 (based on experience)
