Salesforce Multi Cloud Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Multi-Cloud Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
• Implement scalable solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Design integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and external enterprise systems.
• Provide architectural guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform best practices.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce security, data governance, and platform scalability.
• Mentor development teams and establish Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce integration experience using MuleSoft, REST APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and security best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect is a plus.
• Experience in Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare domains is preferred.
