Responsibilities
- Build proactive relationships with the business units and sys admin group by understanding their needs and changes
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or under-utilized platform features
- Create technical documentation and a platform roadmap
- Define priorities, liaising with stakeholders and communicating all platform changes
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Complete Salesforce & Marketing Cloud configuration changes, including: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with System Architects and Super Users
- Data management to improve Salesforce & Marketing Cloud data quality, implementing rules and automation
- Data imports and cleansing, identifying errors and corrupt data, correcting or deleting as required
- Explore ways to implement process changes to enhance data quality and reliability
- Environment management: Proactive system maintenance, security reviews, release updates, health check, and optimizer
- Oversight of Super User changes, all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults and sharing rules
- Work with the development and Quality Assurance team to understand integrated applications and ensure new developments that include data are correct with end-to-end testing
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with active releases of SQL Server required
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred
- Knowledge of Agent360 and Data360 preferred
- Technical experience with data collection, query writing, data mining and technical documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of data quality assurance
- Knowledge of data validation and administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Proactive attitude and flexibility
- Precise attention to detail
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
