Salesforce Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Lead to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem and connected business applications in a complex enterprise environment. The selected individual will own platform stability, solution design, and integration support while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This position is well suited for someone who can navigate both architecture and operational issues to help ensure reliable service delivery and informed decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Act as the primary technical lead for Salesforce and related boundary applications Provide leadership across Salesforce Clouds and integrations Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis Assess the impact of Salesforce releases and integration changes Maintain documentation, inventories, and integration maps Develop knowledge of integrated platforms and their functionalities Advise stakeholders on incidents and platform health Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise settings Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and security Experience in solution design and technical implementation Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Benefits Hybrid work model with flexibility between remote and on-site Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Opportunity for personal growth and technical skill enhancement Access to a diverse ecosystem of integrated business applications Engagement with clients and key business stakeholders Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
