Responsibilities
- Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Anticipate, plan and deliver IT solutions that support enterprise strategic goals and enable increased business value.
- Provide technical leadership on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
- Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools (e.g., IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE and Attunity).
- Works with Enterprise Architects, Solution and product owners to develop detailed technical design/solutions.
- Experience in both Build and Run projects is required.
- Demonstrate functional integration with business users documenting requirements, functional specifications, functional/regression/UAT testing.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team that consists of onshore/offshore resources, including both contractors and FTE’s.
- Drive adoption of best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of Salesforce development/engineering experience, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud (Opportunities, Leads, Forecasting, Sales Processes), Service Cloud (Cases Management).
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex (triggers, classes, batch, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flow Builder (record-triggered, screen flows, orchestration).
- Experience designing custom Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Strong experience with: Data modeling (objects, relationships, schema design), Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Experience with deployment strategies (Change Sets, SFDX, packaging).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
