About the role

The role combines L2/L3 support responsibilities with hands‑on Salesforce development, delivering scalable solutions through configuration and custom development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, support requests, and backlog items to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects in line with SLAs, performing root‑cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.
• Support testing, releases, and platform maintenance, collaborating with global teams to ensure reliable operations and business support.

Skills

• 6–8 years of Salesforce application support, administration, and development experience.
• Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications.
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration.
