Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications The role combines L2/L3 support responsibilities with hands-on Salesforce development Technical skills needed are Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Apex Classes and Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL and SOSL Flow Builder and Process Automation Salesforce Security Model REST and SOAP APIs Data Loader and Workbench Reports and Dashboards Jira and Agile Methodologies Git-based Version Control CI/CD concepts and deployment processes using Copado Roles & Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, support requests, and backlog items, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions through configuration and development. Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects in line with SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Support testing, releases, platform maintenance, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable operations and business support.
