Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs and middleware.
- Lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and review code.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC): design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs.
- Ensure data security, performance, and best practices are maintained.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering.
- Must-have technical skills include Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP), integrations with MuleSoft or external systems, and knowledge of the Salesforce data model and security features.
- Must-have functional skills encompass requirement analysis and solution design, CRM domain knowledge (Sales / Service Cloud), end-to-end SDLC experience, stakeholder communication, agile/scrum delivery model, troubleshooting, and production support.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 per annum.
