Responsibilities

• Provide software expertise in one or more of these areas: Java application integration, Java enterprise services on an AWS Platform
• Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks
• Implement the product's lifecycle: Design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop and adhere to best-practices for developing applications
• Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration
• Solve problems creatively and effectively
• Work in an Agile development environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
• Front End Skills: Salesforce, Single Page Applications (JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML), jQuery, jQuery UI
• Back End Skills: REST, Java, JDBC, Oracle Database
• Build Tools: Git
• Documented experience with DevOps, CI/CD routines
• Documented experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS)
• Experience with tactical and strategic improvements to large-scale Java products

Highly Desired Skills

• Documented experience with Amazon Web Services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, etc.)
• Documented experience with Jenkins, GitHub
• Excellent skills in RDBMS DB Schema design and SQL development

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $162,037 - $219,227. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
