Job Summary

Develop, customize, enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Perform code review(s); serve as technical lead, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
• Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset/Copado), and version control systems
• Proficient with Salesforce data loader, Workbench, etc.
• Affirm requirements are defined and approved, perform code reviews, and ensure agency application development standards are met
• Work with business area personnel to define and approve requirements
• Perform impact analyses to identify interdependencies; assist with design reviews
• Support Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, system configuration, data analytics, and process automation
• Support software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2-3 years in Omnistudio platform
• 5+ years experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs
• 6 months to 1 year experience working on public sector solutions (Grants Management) - preferred
• Experience guiding teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product
• Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform
• Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites
