Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators to configure standard functionality and develop custom triggers, classes, batch processes, workflows, and flows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing technical solutions while recommending best practices in system design and architecture.
• Create and execute unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Manage data migration, mapping, and transformation using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, including coding standards, release notes, and best practices.
• Support system enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working within Salesforce CRM environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and third-party APIs.
• Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; additional certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II) are a plus.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, VS Code, Ant Migration Tool, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
