Key Responsibilities
- Work with product owners to understand client requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet those needs
- Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Continuously improve development processes and best practices
- Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Cloud
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce certification is a plus
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
