University Relations is implementing Salesforce CRM as part of a multi-year advancement and data modernization initiative. To support the long-term stability, scalability, and extensibility of the Salesforce platform following implementation, we require a Salesforce Developer to provide hands-on custom development and integration expertise.

About the role

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce-side integration components. The Salesforce Developer must also be prepared to assume Salesforce Administrator responsibilities during the Administrator's scheduled or unscheduled absences to ensure continuity of platform operations, user support, and business-critical processes.

The position reports to the Director of Data Management and works in close partnership with Salesforce Administrators, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and business stakeholders.
