About The Role Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Salesforce Sales Cloud. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce functionality. You will contribute across the development lifecycle, from technical analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation and development, along with the ability to assess technical impact and resolve issues effectively. You will develop solutions that support sales processes, approval routing, electronic signatures, and integrations with external systems. This position is suited to a detail-oriented developer who can balance business priorities with platform best practices and collaborate clearly with both technical and nontechnical colleagues. Qualifications Applicants should have strong practical experience developing and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud. You should be proficient in Salesforce Flow, including Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and complex automation, and have experience configuring Approval Processes and approval routing. A solid background in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and test class development is required. You should also have hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Adobe Acrobat Sign integration—including agreement templates, field mappings, and signature workflows—is important. Knowledge of REST API integrations, external systems, and integration troubleshooting is expected. Candidates should be familiar with Salesforce debugging, governor limits, code optimization, and deployment tools, and be able to analyze requirements, perform impact analysis, and develop scalable solutions. Responsibilities Design, build, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud features in line with business requirements, technical standards, and platform best practices. Develop and enhance Flows, approval processes, Apex components, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring solutions are reliable, understandable, and appropriately tested. Create and maintain unit tests, investigate defects, and support quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle. Implement and support Adobe Acrobat Sign workflows, including agreement templates, field mappings, and signature processes. Develop and troubleshoot REST API integrations with external systems, collaborating with relevant teams to diagnose data flow and connectivity issues. Review existing implementations, identify risks, and recommend improvements to performance, maintainability, and scalability. Participate in requirement discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, deployments, and production support. Document technical decisions and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
