About the role

AVR Software Private Limited offers an immersive 6-month internship program, including a 5-month training phase and a 1-month live project. Successful interns have the opportunity to secure a job offer.

Program Details

What You Will Learn

- Participate in a structured training program on Salesforce CRM, including administration, configuration, and development. - Learn to build custom Salesforce applications—objects, fields, automation, UI components. - Gain experience in workflow automation and migrating legacy automations to modern flows. - Work on API integrations—connect Salesforce with external systems, handle data flow, logs, error handling.

Project Experience

- During the final month, work on a live project to apply your skills and showcase your ability. - Upon successful completion of the training and project phases, you may receive a job offer.

Qualifications

- Recent graduates (or final-year students) with any discipline—preferably interested in Salesforce, CRM, development. - Basic knowledge of computers, good command of English or Hindi, strong communication & willingness to learn. - Full-time commitment at our Bikaner office during the internship. - Motivated, detail-oriented, ready to work in a professional team environment. - Intensive hands-on training in the Salesforce ecosystem with guided mentorship. - Certificate of Completion at the end of training + project. - Real-world project experience that prepares you for a career in CRM/development. - Opportunity to join AVR Software as a full-time employee based on performance.

Requirements

- A one-time training fee will be required at the start of the program (covers training materials, mentoring, infrastructure). - If you are offered a job and join within 1 Month of completing your program, the fee will be credited back with your Salary after completion of 1 Year with AVR Software Private Limited as full time employee. - If you leave early—before completing both phases or before joining full time or before 1 year of your employment with AVR Software Private Limited then fee will not be refunded.
