Salesforce Developer

Location: Addison, Texas (Hybrid) • Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, including Data Cloud and Agentforce. This role requires collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to build technology solutions that align with business and technical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Customize, enhance, and integrate the Salesforce.com application.
• Utilize knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, and Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Work with Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex APIs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement Salesforce design patterns with object‑oriented programming skills.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with HTML5 and various JavaScript libraries, such as Node.js.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Operate within an Agile Development methodology.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce development.
• Experience in Data Cloud implementation/POCs, along with Agentforce & Prompt experience.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and ability to review, develop, and explain code.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks, such as React.
• Experience with the React UI framework.
• Experience with Twilio APIs/Functions.
