You are a cross-Financial Services skilled Delivery Lead within Accenture's Financial Services Salesforce Business Group practice. You are comfortable leading complex Financial Services Salesforce programs and serving as the trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while directing high-performing delivery teams. You bring deep experience delivering Salesforce solutions across banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, insurance, or fintech organizations. You understand how to balance business objectives, technical architecture, delivery quality, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to achieve measurable outcomes. You are equally comfortable discussing executive roadmaps, reviewing solution architecture, managing program financials, resolving delivery risks, and coaching technical and functional teams. You lead with accountability, communicate with confidence, and create an environment where teams can execute effectively
