Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) initiatives and optimization
- Write SQL queries and support Tableau/reporting teams with data preparation
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solutions
- Support data integrations, identity resolution, segmentation, and analytics workflows
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, analytics, and leadership teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce/Data/Analytics experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience is REQUIRED
- Strong SQL/query writing skills
- Experience supporting reporting/analytics initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
