Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, data lakes, external systems)
• Develop and maintain data models, data streams, and data harmonization rules
• Implement identity resolution and customer profile unification
• Build and manage calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflows
• Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications
• Develop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or other tools
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across datasets
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support real-time and batch activation use cases (e.g., personalization, campaigns, analytics)
• Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud configurations and performance

$110,000-$125,000 a year
