Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner - CRM
About the role
This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and CRM technical resources to manage application enhancements, lead management processes, routing workflows, intake processes, requirements gathering, solutioning, and delivery.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Self-starter who can roll up their sleeves, prioritize effectively, and operate within both a large enterprise environment and a startup-like team culture
Qualifications
- Business analysis, product ownership, CRM, marketing experience
- Product management or product ownership experience preferred
- Marketing experience helpful
- Hybrid role experience between BA and product owner
- Experience working in enterprise manufacturing companies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
