Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Product Owner Location: Lakewood, CO – Other locations will be considered Job Summary The Global CRM Product Owner partners with global stakeholders to drive the delivery and optimization of our Salesforce platform, translating business needs into actionable solutions and ensuring consistent execution in collaboration with IT (and other key stakeholders) and adjacent platforms (CLM, CPQ). Essential Duties Business Partnership & Roadmap Ownership Serve as the primary liaison between global/regional business teams, ITS and Salesforce (eco-system)Be the key interface between the business and IT, translating commercial needs into scalable solutions while driving consistent, on-time deliveryOwn demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance Translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions Drive alignment across regions and stakeholders, promote best practice sharing and implementation Solution Design & Salesforce Expertise Act as Salesforce subject matter expert including CLM & CPQ ecosystemsEnsure alignment across and between functions and key stakeholders (Sales, Global Services, etc.) for the broader Salesforce ecosystem, in particular changes or enhancements made in ServiceMax and Service Cloud to understand and navigate downstream impactsLead the lifecycle of Salesforce enhancements, including demand intake, prioritization, release coordination, and ongoing optimizationChallenge and refine requirements to deliver scalable, value-driven solutionsAssess effort, timelines, licensing, and feasibility of enhancementsEnsure alignment with platform best practices and long-term architecture End-to-End Delivery & Release Management Own enhancements requests: planning, development, testing, and go-liveDrive discipline in requirement quality, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery trackingEnsure robust testing (UAT), data validation, and release readinessSupport IT teams to deliver on time and with quality (drive accountability) Change Management & Innovation Develop engagement plans (embed communication and training) Ensure proper documentation and process alignmentDrive innovation and continuous improvement Governance & Delivery Lead cross functional governance forums Influence senior stakeholders and IT partnersImprove demand quality, reduce rework, and enhance delivery efficiency Minimum Qualification Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience Salesforce certifications (Administrator required; advanced certifications plus) Agile / Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum) is a plus Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a healthcare industry Three years’ experience working in Sales and/or Marketing role with customer focus is preferred Skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Demonstrated success in end-to-end project delivery (Agile environment) Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with IT teams High level of ownership, accountability, and professional maturity Passion for continuous improvement and innovation (remain current on Salesforce releases, new functionalities and platform innovations. Salesforce certification (administrator, additional certification a strong plus) Excellent knowledge of MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems (ideally SAP)Eagerness to constantly learn and explore better ways of workingExcellent Team player in a multicultural environmentDemonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsInternational work experience preferable with US based company.
