About the role
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Salesforce applications, ensuring data integrity and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce applications, including creating and updating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and following Salesforce security guidelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
- Participate in project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce API and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Sales Cloud, or SAP Ariba is a plus.
