About the role

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Salesforce applications, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce applications, including creating and updating objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and processes within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity and security compliance within Salesforce environments.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Perform regular audits and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Experience with Salesforce API, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and Git.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
