About the role
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Salesforce applications, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce applications, including creating and updating objects, fields, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and processes within Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance within Salesforce environments.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Perform regular audits and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Experience with Salesforce API, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and Git.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and predictive analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
