- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to set the vision, inspire the organization, and position First Onsite as an industry leader while delivering exceptional results
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a strong client-focused approach
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and executing strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain influential relationships across the industry, community partners, and prospective clients
- Collaborate with National/Regional Sales, Operations, and RFP teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce as the primary sales tool to manage opportunities and track performance
- Participate in collections, recruiting, hiring, and team development while investing in personal growth
- Travel 20-50% as needed, including disaster sites with extended stays
- Valid driver's license required
Experience & Education
- Proven success driving new business and building strategic partnerships
- Consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals through analytical, trust-based sales approaches
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
