About the role
Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations. After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success.

- Receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders
- Apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions
Requirements
- Experience in sales, particularly in the lending industry
- A proven track record of success in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and serve as a trusted advisor
Qualifications
- NMLS license is not required; we will help you obtain and pay for it
- Understanding of the reverse mortgage industry and its unique challenges
- Passion for helping retirees make informed financial decisions

Pay
To assist with the transition, you are covered with a monthly base during the 12 month training program. Established Loan Officers in our program routinely earn $100,000+
Schedule
Our schedule is flexible to accommodate your needs, but you will be expected to work full-time during the training period and beyond.
