Sales Training Facilitator

Corpay · Brentwood, TN · 2 wk ago
Human ResourcesFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire...". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Training Facilitator within our Sales Training division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will deliver high-impact onboarding and continuous learning experiences that accelerate seller readiness and long-term performance across US Revenue. This includes supporting new hire ramp and ongoing development for mid-market, enterprise, eCommerce sales teams, while also supporting onboarding and training across multiple lines of business as needed. You will report directly to the Director of Learning & Development and regularly collaborate with multiple departments." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - "How We Work As a Sales Training Facilitator, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training". That's maybe part of Benefits? Actually it's about what they provide. Could be part of Benefits & Perks? But there is a separate Benefits & Perks later. The "How We Work" part includes company-issued equipment, formal hands-on training. Could be considered part of Benefits? But we have a Benefits section later. We'll treat "How We Work" as maybe part of Benefits? But we need to follow headings: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The "How We Work" is not exactly benefits but maybe part of "Benefits". However we have a Benefits & Perks section later with medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, discounts, philanthropic support, fun culture. The earlier "Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training" is more like resources provided. Could be part of "Benefits". We'll include them in Benefits. - Then "Role Responsibilities" heading with bullet list: Onboarding Facilitation (multiple bullet points), Ongoing Training & Development, Partnering & Collaboration, Delivery Excellence & Measurement, Operational Responsibilities. We'll put under Responsibilities. - Then "Qualifications & Skills" with bullet list: 4+ years experience..., Strong presentation..., Ability to run..., Strong organization..., Experience in fast-paced..., Comfort with virtual facilitation tools... Then "Preferred Skills + Knowledge" list. Then "Tools & Technology" list. Then "Education & Licensing Requirements". We'll combine into Qualifications and Skills sections? The instruction says use headings: Qualifications, Skills. Possibly separate. But we can combine if content is thin? We need to decide. The posting has qualifications (experience, education) and skills (presentation, communication, etc.) plus preferred skills, tools, education. We could have a Qualifications section for required qualifications (experience, education) and Skills section for skills (presentation, communication, etc.) plus preferred skills and tools. However we must not create sections with filler. We have real content for both. - Benefits & Perks: medical, dental & vision benefits available the 1st month after hire; automatic enrollment into 401(k) plan; virtual fitness classes; robust PTO offerings; employee discounts; philanthropic support; fun culture with contests and prizes. Also earlier "Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training". We'll include those in Benefits. - Pay: The posting includes "Pay Philosophy" but no specific numbers. It says "Compensation decisions are based on objective, job-related factors... Where required by applicable law, salary or compensation ranges will be included in the job posting or provided prior to the interview process, where required by applicable law." No actual pay range. So we should NOT create a Pay section because no specific pay info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have. Pay we do not have specific numbers, so omit Pay section. - Schedule: No mention of schedule (full-time, part-time, remote, etc.) Not present. So omit Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove the "About Corpay" section? That is substantive? It describes company but maybe not needed? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Corpay" is substantive about the company. Should we keep? It's not about the role but about the company. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Corpay" is not boilerplate; it's a description of the company. Likely we should keep it. However we have no heading for "About Corpay". Could we put it under "About the role"? Might be separate. But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Corpay" doesn't fit exactly; maybe we could treat it as part of "About the role"? But it's about the company, not the role. However the instruction says we must use those headings for section headings. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but likely we should stick to those. The "About Corpay" could be considered part of "About the role" as context. We'll include it in the About the role paragraph. Also we need to remove the "Notice to Recruitment Agencies and Search Firms", "Transparency & Compliance", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Use of Artificial Intelligence in Hiring", "Candidate Privacy Notice", "Pay Philosophy". Those are boilerplate/legal. Remove them. Also remove duplicated lines (maybe none). Remove application instructions (none present besides maybe "Learn more about Corpay: https://www.corpay.com" which is not application instruction but maybe we keep? It's a link to learn more; not application instruction. Might be okay to keep as part of About Corpay. We need to preserve all substantive information: So we need to include details about role location (Brentwood, TN), reporting to Director of Learning & Development, collaborating with multiple departments, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:
