Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Trainer with excellent communication skills to operate in the Brazilian market within a multicultural environment. You will be part of the sales team in Brazil, collaborating directly with professionals who share a focus on performance and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding programs and sales training
• Create training materials and presentation decks
• Conduct dynamic and engaging training sessions
• Teach effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Coach and mentor the sales team on communication skills and objection handling
• Maintain updated training documentation and reports

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM (ideally HubSpot)
• Analytical and data-driven profile
• Motivated professional with a results focus and proven track record of success in sales training
• English is considered a plus
