Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2)-Hoffman Boulevard, West Mifflin
Description of Work
This position supports store operations by guiding clerks and helping maintain a smooth and welcoming shopping environment. The role requires leadership, teamwork, and attention to daily store needs. As a Sales Team Lead, you will perform the following duties:
- Shift Leadership: Guide clerks and support smooth store functions during assigned shifts
- Customer Service: Assist shoppers and resolve product or service concerns promptly
- Store Operations: Manage sales transactions, maintain cleanliness, and help stock shelves
- Inventory Support: Unload shipments, assemble displays, and complete inventory and accounting reports
- Staff Training: Provide on the job direction to newer clerks on store procedures and policies
- Safety Practices: Lift products safely and use store equipment such as scanners, dollies, and pallet jacks
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
- Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
