The Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) Store in Brookhaven seeks a Full‑Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2) to provide excellent customer service, lead shifts, and support smooth store operations while enjoying the perks of full‑time state employment.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Coordinate shift activities and give direction to clerks
• Customer Support: Assist shoppers and promote a positive store experience
• Store Operations: Manage sales transactions, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to less experienced clerks
• Reporting Tasks: Complete shift reports and support accounting and inventory needs
• Safety Practices: Handle products safely and follow all store and legal guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience and Training: Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth or equivalent Federal title) OR six months of retail sales work.
• PA residency requirement – must meet Pennsylvania residency guidelines.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Legal Requirements: Pass a background investigation; no felony conviction within the last ten years (per Pennsylvania Liquor Code §210(c)). Other criminal convictions reviewed case‑by‑case.
