About the role
eHealth is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven leaders to join the Medicare Sales Support Team as a Sales Support Supervisor. This is a seasonal position ending on December 8, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop and establish departmental and individual sales goals and objectives.
- Contribute to and document a comprehensive process improvement plan to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adapt and evolve to improve the customer experience and increase productivity.
- Supervise, direct, and motivate sales staff to meet or exceed sales, conversion, and account service goals.
- Ensure the capture and storage of complete and accurate prospective member records.
- Analyze and report on sales plan and process activity and results as required.
- Review, edit, and approve timecards for your team.
Qualifications
- Ability to work shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime, holidays, and weekends.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- A high-speed hardwired internet connection with 20 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office programs, and contact management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of CMS rules and regulations.
- Prior leadership experience.
Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $51,200 - $74,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. eHealth offers a monthly commission-based incentive plan, along with a variety of benefits designed to support employees' personal and professional wellness.
