Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales support, event coordination, hospitality, entertainment, sports venues, or related industries preferred.

Serve as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely information. Assist with planning and execution of live racing events, and promotional activities. Schedule meetings, site tours, and client visits. Coordinate with operations, food and beverage, marketing, racing operations, and guest services teams to ensure successful event execution. Prepare event recaps for management. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and customer outreach efforts. Attend race days, special events, and community functions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, community organizations, and racing enthusiasts.
