Sales Support Specialist - Manufacturing

About the role

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a global manufacturing company located in Tacoma, WA. You will support the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing customer service to clients. Responsibilities

• Process and track domestic and international customer orders, including logistics coordination and documentation accuracy.
• Provide order support and timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage order records, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations.

Requirements

• Associates degree + 2 years of relevant experience preferred; HS diploma with 5 years' experience also accepted. Bachelor's is ideal.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a focused office setting, and collaboratively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to travel on occasion.

Pay

$27–37.50/hour (based on experience, eligible for overtime).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility available.
