Inside Sales Specialist - Manufacturing
About the role
A growing industrial products company in the Lansdale, PA area is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized business accounts. This is a strong fit for someone with inside sales, account management, customer service, or B2B sales experience who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, identifying needs, and driving account growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual customer meetings
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active customers
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline notes, forecasts, and account records
- Support upsell, cross-sell, retention, and customer reactivation efforts
- Partner with customer service, marketing, operations, and outside sales teams
- Handle customer questions, objections, and basic issue resolution
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales, account management, sales support, or B2B customer-facing experience
- Strong phone, email, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with customers, quotes, orders, accounts, or sales activity
- CRM experience preferred
- Manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, MRO, or technical product experience is a plus
- Comfortable working onsite in the Lansdale, PA area
Benefits
