Sales Support Specialist
About The Role
Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support the growth of their rental, sales, and service business throughout the commercial and industrial construction markets. This position plays a key role in supporting branch sales operations, developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating projects with both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a desire to build a long-term career within the access equipment and construction industries. This is a developmental role designed to prepare high-performing candidates for future opportunities in Outside Sales within the Sky Climber Access Solutions branch network.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within commercial or industrial equipment rental, construction supply, or related industries preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience utilizing CRM systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders at elevated heights when visiting job sites
- Ability to lift and move materials or equipment up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable working on elevated surfaces, rooftops, and in confined spaces as required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and cold
- Ability to travel locally to customer sites when necessary
