About the role
Mycronic USA is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing client communications.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Manage product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and other events.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mycronic products and services is beneficial but not required.
