About the role

Mycronic USA is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing client communications.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Manage product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and other events.
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Mycronic products and services is beneficial but not required.
