Pay

$20.00 – $22.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations and office workflows to help the team move quickly and serve customers effectively.
• Use Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capability, to improve efficiency, organize information, and streamline day‑to‑day processes.
• Deliver accurate, detail‑oriented work with consistent follow‑through to keep tasks and priorities on track.
• Respond effectively in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive situations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Solve problems creatively using sound business judgment to support team goals and operational needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining professionalism, organization, and quality.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across departments and levels to support business success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or 2+ years of relevant office or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail and task management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while staying organized and adaptable.
