Sales Support Specialist

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a global manufacturing company located in the Westlake, TX area. The role supports the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing customer service to clients. This position offers international exposure and growth within a compliance‑focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and track domestic and international customer orders, including logistics coordination and documentation accuracy.
• Provide order support and timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage order records, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations.

Requirements

• Associates degree + minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred; high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience also accepted.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a focused office setting.

Pay

Salary: $56‑70K per year (adjusted based on experience).

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with some flexibility available.
