Sales Support Representative (Inside Sales)

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner.
• React well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required.
• Experience in plumbing, appliance, or lighting is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Pay Range: $18.71 - $29.92 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Every other Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
