About the role

This employee supports the initial function of the Oxygen Renewal process by contacting patients to confirm their election and secure current doctor and file information in the system. The position adapts to the evolving needs of the Oxygen Renewal group.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients via phone to confirm election, doctor, and insurance information
• Contact doctors' offices to secure correct fax information on file
• Follow up with accounts where the department was unable to make first contact
