Maintain Accurate CRM Item Records
- Update, modify, and enter new entries for orders and quotes
- Comply with standard operating procedures
Collaboration and Communication
- Communicate value propositions to assigned customers
- Collaborate with other sales support individuals and account managers
- Escalate to senior sales support or account manager for newly sourced product quotes
Order Management
- Manage and service inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Qualify inbound quotes for timely responses, quote identification, and completion
- Follow up on quotes as appropriate
- Enter orders into CRM within 24 hours
- Ensure accurate and timely order delivery
Key Performance Indicators
- Exceed individual quote and order goals
- Achieve team shipped revenue goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a quote to order rate above a certain percentage
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Independent decision-making skills
- Comfortable with inbound/outbound sales environments
- Basic math and profitability concepts
- Highly functional in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Fastener distribution experience is a plus
